Shocking service

<p>This is the second time I am writing. I am a seller on the takealot portal and own a small company making personalised baby bedding. On the 28 of June I shipped goods to Johannesburg from Cape Town for a pending order. On the 1st of July I received the signed note from my courier (XOC) to say the goods was delivered to the takealot wearhouse. Roundabout the 7th of July I contacted them to ask why my money wasnt listed yet and was informed the package was received but was given back to the courier due to a missing shipping note (this note was stuck to my parcel with a sticker...) since then I have been sent back and forthe between the couriers and takealot each insisting that my p****l is not with them.... Last thursday I finally received a signed and stamped takealot shipping note from my courier proof of my package being delivered. I then went ahead and sent this to takealot as proof that my package is there. I was then told that the matter has been escalated. To date I have received almost NO feedback nor my money... although this matter has been with senior management for a week now</p>
