Shocking service

Shocking service! Driver was at my complex this morning but didn't bother to call so just left and sent an SMS to say couldn't deliver. Apparently it was a Takealot Head Office call that drivers don't need to phone customers. Do I have to wait outside a secured complex all day for delivery??? After 3 phone calls and a promise that package will be delivered today still (which is the original delivery date), I had to find out that the driver has done his deliveries for today and won't be going out again today. I'm giving it another hour before sharing this complaint all over - I'm not here for the rest of the week which is why delivery today was so important. What now?
