Shocking service

I ordered a blender on Takealot as a gift for someone. The product was supposed to be delivered on the 31st March. I diligently tracked the package, and saw it was out for delivery Friday 31st of March. A few hours later I checked again, and it said the parcel could not be delivered as there was no one to sign for it. My delivery address is my place of work, and at 11am, there's 6 people to receive the package. I have goods delivered from Takealot at least twice a month to this address. I called the customer line and was told that they will escalate it. I called a few hours later, same story, they will escalate it, and contact the driver to come back. The depot is about 15 minutes away from me. When I went to check online again, it said the delivery was rescheduled for the 3rd of April. The gift was for the 31st of march. I am disgusted by the service I received from Takealot. I have goods in my cart, that I will cancel. The follow up cal from the last agent never happened
