Shocking Service
Order *** :: pressure cooker<br> <br> We bought a product, on my wife's account - was a good price, around half the price I have seen it - also got to use a R100 gift voucher. 10 day later received an email stating that the product was not in stock and the would give us a CREDIT. <br> a) We would have been happy to wait a while for it to be in stock, but as I suspect it was incorrectly priced, this option was not given to us - we did ask.<br> b) A credit, seriously?? Complained, and they have refunded the cash portion.<br> c) Our voucher? That has not been returned - wow talk about pathetic customer service.<br> d) It took 10 DAYS for them to get back to us - unfortunately, in that time I missed out on getting a larger pressure cooker for a good price.<br> e) I ordered, on my account, some presents for my father - could have used the R100 voucher on that. <br> <br> Just horrible service - used to order from both Kalahari and Takealot - why the bad service now? Looking around, it's not just me.

As discussed with our complaints team the item is available for purchase again at the regular price and we'll gladly assist you in placing an order with the R100 discount that was offered to you. We were not able to confirm when stock would be available to us again at the time of your order's cancellation. Your account was therefore credited as per our policy as opposed to giving you the option to wait. When your order was cancelled you should have immediately been issued with a new coupon and we apologise that this did not happen. We'll address this with the department involved to make sure they process matters like these correctly in future to prevent a similar disappointing situation from happening again.
As discussed kindly inform Sheena from our complaints team once you are ready to place your order and she'll assist in processing your coupon discount.
