SHOCKING SERVICE

Takealot has no customer service. Shocking to say the least. I purchased a UPS for our internet 6 months and 2 weeks ago. Suddenly the UPS stopped charging. I took it up with Takealot and their response was that the warranty is only for 6 months. I asked if they could send me the supplier details and I will deal directly with them. Takealot customer service manager rep****, that due to popi they can not share the suppliers details with me. How shocking is this. What this is telling me, is that this product was brought into SA by an individual that is selling it through takealot to make a quick buck. STAY FAR AWAY FROM TAKEALOT. SHOCKING SERVICE
