Shocking service

I ordered a Gardena sprinkler from Takealot and when it was delivered, the packaging was so badly damaged that one would assume it's a second hand product that has been re-packaged by somebody else. I logged a return and asked for an exchange. I'm grateful that this was easy enough to do but when the 'new' product was delivered, the packaging was just as bad. I don't think anyone in their right mind would accept a parcel looking like this, being concerned that it's already been used. I returned it again, hoping for a better outcome and I've just received the third delivery ... once again the packaging is badly damaged and it looks like it's been patched up with glad wrap. This is completely unacceptable service. When i questioned the driver about this, she just stated that I should return it again but she's not confident that there will be a better outcome. I've been emailing Amahle.M from Takealot support, sending pictures of the product and although there have been promises to escalate the issue, nothing has been done.
