SHOCKING SERVICE

I bought a ring light from Takealot and it was delivered on 26 August. The quality was worse than I would have got from Wish. Parts were missing and it didn't fit together. I phoned immediately to get it returned. They collected and told me my refund would be done in 4 - 7 days. I'M STILL WAITING!!! When I phoned on Thursday 3 September they checked and said the refund had just been actioned and it would take 4 - 7 days to reflect. That is disgusting service. If I didn't call it wouldn't have been actioned. I'M STILL WAITING while Takealot is drawing interest on my money!!!
