Shocking Service

I mad a mistake in choosing the wrong colour for a cell phone. I called immediately to mention I made a mistake with colour. First they did not want to exchange the cell phone, then they agreed.

Despite numerous emails they keep sending me the wrong colour phone. and request the procedure to follow.
