SHOCKING SERVICE

i ordered an item and after using it 3 times it broke , i contacted take a lot on the 4/4/2019 and lodged my complaint

where i was then told that the item would be collected and reviewed

after having to follow up numerous times and being told i was never available after i even specified time to be called so i could step out of meeting nothing i then finally got a collection date which was the 15/04/2019 and guess - collection no show, after me calling various times to confirm what was happening i kept getting no by 6pm no by 7pm we will collect nothing was collected

i then was given a new ref and collection was scheduled today by 5pm and guess what once again when following up no answers and only 1 ticket now shows on the system what happened to all the tickets since the 4/4/2019

i will never purchase anything from this company again big or small , as you don't not live up and fulfil what you have committed to

you should rather learn to under commit and over deliver

i am shocked by the level of disregard for you customers time and for your customer as a whole , not to mention the lack of interest in resolving this problem . After asking for a manger details so i could escalate the problem no they would call me and they can not provide me with email address for this person.

i am saddened and horrified by your service
