Shocking service

3 weeks of being messed around by different advisors. Every time I called I had to re-explain what the issue was, as if the previous consultant did not update the system correctly regarding my problem. Was told I'd be called back a number of times, maybe 2 out of the 5 consultants actually called me back. The whole order was a complete joke (requested delivery to CPT and on the day I received a message that it was going to be delivered, upon tracking the order I find its actually in JHB). Absolutely unacceptable that I've been out of pocket for 3 weeks while the package was with the courier. Clearly I hadn't received it and I should've been refunded immediately when I requested the return due to bad service.
