SHOCKING SERVICE

On black Friday I placed an order with takealot, considering it was such a mission to ever place the order with the website crashing, I was super excited. I order an electric car and a water table for my twins. Delivery was supposed to be on the 27th of November and to date I have not yet received my parcel! They say it is with the courier company. I have called them 15 times and every time get told it will be escalated and I will receive feedback. I have received nothing. These are Christmas presents for my boys that are 2. How do I explain to them that they don't get anything because takealot can't deliver a parcel. I am so disappointed
