Shocking service

Takealot… do you think it is fair for a customer to wait over 3 weeks with a nonfunctional 75” tv hanging on the wall dead, that costs R35 000! This is ridiculous and pathetic service. We have been promised a pickup and exchange multiple times but these appear to be just lies as various excuses arise every time.
