Shocking service

<p>Went to collect my order which contained 5 items, all on one order number, to find I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to actually give me my order, first I waited and got 3 items then nothing!! People who came in after me got their orders and left while I still sat there, until I couldn't any more and went back to the counter to ask why they are sucking my time like this, then only did the staff member go and actually get the rest of my order!! Shocking!! The last time I collected an order it was give order number show ID then that person goes back and comes out shortly after with everything *** happened since then!!! Not shopping with them anymore as postage is not an option living on a farm!!</p>
