Shocking service

Although I use Takealot as a platform regularly, I recently had to deal with costumer services, which seems to be all but non existent. I ordered something that was not included in the delivery but instead received the wrong item. Since one cant phone to speak to them, trying to sort this out is an absolute nightmare. I will probably never see the item I ordered or get my money back. Really shocked by how little they care to sort issues out.
