Shocking service

Takealot.com must be known for its socking service and false advertising. I was charged additional delivery fee for next day delivery with takealot taking my money with no intention of fulfilling their end of the sales agreement. Upon querying I was told the item is too heavy, they always charge a delivery surchase and it will take at least 2-3 working days. But this was NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!
