Shocking return service!!!!!!!!!!

Still NOOOO feedback from Takealot

I CALLED LAST WEEK Thursday and was advised that the collection was cancelled. They then logged the return again. I called yesterday and was advised it will be collected yesterday. Still no collection. I called Takealot this morning to be advised that the return collection for yesterday was again cancelled. This is such SHOCKING service!!!!!I’m still waiting for a manger to call me, but NO MANGER available how is that possible???????? Please can someone call me and get this return collection sorted and refund me my money????

Good day This is now two weeks since we’ve logged the return and yet nobody came to collect the good. Please advise on why your service for returns is so Shocking?????? A lady called me on Tuesday and arranged, and still no collection?????Your phone lines also doesn’t work

Please arrange for the good to be collected by Friday 22nd Sept!!!!!!
