Shocking product return

Ridiculous service all of a sudden. Sent back a baby nitribullet twice stating that the box was pre opened and blade was not in the box (product is absolutely useless without blade and blade can’t be purchased separately, not even from Nutribullet)… product sent back stating that the evaluation was failed????? Did they even check !?! Product placed in a bigger box with everything thrown out. Shocking. Done with Takealot. Amazon is going to slay the market when they come to SA this year.
