Shocking! Less than one star is deserved

I am very unhappy with the service from take alot. I paid for an order and only 1 out 5 of my items was delivered, I called them last week and spoke to Nicole who assured me this would be resolved. I then followed up again and spoke to Kristen to assured me but to this day my query remains unresolved. An email came from Tristan and I sent all the proof of what was delivered, to this day nothing has happened!!! Very disappointing service!!! After speaking to 3 consultants I am still without a clue as to what is going to happen, whether or not I will receive the items I paid for, its been 3 days!!!
