Shocking (lack of)Service

Hi, I placed and order for the first time through their website. I placed this order on the 30th November 2018, paid on the same day and my delivery date was the 27th December 2018. I tracked my order on the 2nd Jan 2019 and it showed "order was cancelled". I contacted the takealot and they informed me that the supplier ran out of stock and they will refund me my money in 7working days. I then asked if they will have this item at anytime and I was told by the agent "Yes in two weeks but the item will be double the price"! this is shocking service. I had to follow up else i wouldn't have heard from them, and just to tell me that they don't stock this item anymore but will in a few weeks and the price will be double.
