Shocking First time horrible experience!!!
*********** staff at the takealot in Montagu Gardens and enquiries call centre! Shocking worse first time experience ever!!! I went into the Montagu Gardens branch to enquire if the Elica Island cooker hood has charcoal filters and no one could assist !!! They called the product team who was apparently out of the office and the enquiries lady Ghadija was so rude and unhelpful!!! I would rather pay more and get a better helpful experience at other stores than a **** attitude and unhelpful people

08 Jan 2020, 16:43I forgot to mention the manager never came or anyone senior to try and assist and resolve , no one was there or available and I left the takealot shop without being helped at ALL! Is this really a shopping experience that you want from a shop ?? !! Hirsh s staff was way more professional and better worth paying more to ensure you purchase the right product and get a really awesome shopping experience with friendly people!
Ps: Rather spend your money at proper professional stores than getting back door experience from these kind of stores
