Shocking experience with Takealot

What is going on with Takealot? I'm having the worst experience. I placed an order for 3 items on the 27th of May, the ready for collection date was Thursday 5 June (tomorrow), which was not an issue....Yesterday I get an email stating that 1 of my items is delayed and the new collection date is now Thursday the 12th. I then put in a request to try split my order so that I will at least have some of my items so long. This morning I received 3 emails... 1- stating a further delay on the initial item, 2 - stating the cancelation of 1 of the other items (no idea why) & 3 - a response to my initial query stating there is no delay on my order. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL??? I still have no idea what's happening with my order and according to my account I have a delay and a cancelation on my order.
