Shocking experience for a company this big #Exasperated

The staff at takealot are super rude,spoken to this guy by the name of Warren not knowing that if no longer own the business and he was super rude and actually hung up on me.Ithen called the HR department ,the lady who was assisting me gave me the Pretoria number ***.I was told to speak to Sbusiso. A guy picked up the phone but he didn't speak to me instead he spoke very loudly with his colleagues for sometime before he could speak to me, he didn't even say his name and he sounded so unprofessional and not interested to help me. What exasperate me more is that he actually hung up on me as I was still talking.
