SHOCKING!!!!

Takealot is SHOCKING!!!! I ordered an item from them worth R2500. They were very happy to take my payemnt but when i followed up with them to find out where my order is because my item did not arrive on the date that they said it would. I saw the item had been canceled and they didn't bother to tell me. They were happy to just sit with my money and not give me my purchase!!! Im currently trying to sort it out and i am now currently waiting 36min for a operator to answer their phone!!!! USELESS!!!!!!
