Shocking disrespect for customers

It's no use having a Takealot pickup point if there is no one there to help you. Waiting for 30 minutes and no one to help. Contact number on the door is a Supurbalist number which is totally useless as there is absolutely NOTHING they can do except waste your airtime. It's is totally unacceptable. What a total waste would rather inconvenience delivery vehicles than try make it easy for Takealot absolutely PATHETIC. No regard for customer service or any respect for customers.
