Shocking delivery policy

<p>I ordered a R165 item and opted for same day delivery for another R120. Received a notification that the order will be delivered before 17h00. That is greate. While waiting for the order I received a notification at 16h10 that my order was delivered. Strange that it is delivered but not to me or tried to contact me. Went to the reception and there is nobody to be found. So my same day delivery is now no ware to be found. When contacting takalot delivery department I had to deal with an arrogant person that keeps on interrupting me while I am trying to find out where my order is. According to the delivery same lady that I have never heard of took delivery of my order. According to the agent the delivery can be given to reception. </p> <p> </p> <p>Who gives takealot to right to give a order to anybody else than than the person who ordered an item.?</p> <p> </p> <p>When speaking to the call center lady i need to go and find out who this person is who have signed for my sameday delivery.</p> <p>This is now out of business hours and still do not have my sameday delivery. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is shocking service from takealot. If this was a R25000 laptop that was order. Where would this order be now? Anybody can sign for your order and give a false name and then no ware to be found. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking!! </p>
