SHOCKING DELAYED CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely shocking service! Purchased a grey bade bed from Takealot for our spare room. Guests slept on the bed for 2 nights and the base started squeaking and broke in the middle of the night. Their smile guarantee has failed as I am not happy! 16/2 - Return was logged 17/2 - Return was collected 18/2 - Return at evaluation facility and awaiting transit to merchant. 21/2 - Product in transit to merchant TOOK 9 DAYS TO REACH MERCHANT! 02/3 - Product received at merchant TOOK 22 DAYS TO EVAULATE & REPAIR! 24/3 - Evaluation complete 26/3 - Product repaired and awaiting shipping

It is now 42 days since bed was collected.

Requested that my account be credited but emails go unanswered and instead the courier phones to say they will deliver the fixed base after hours.

The time frame is not in line with their policy!
