Shocking Customer Services

I would like to know why you are never able to find a contact number on the website?? Why is it that you are not able to cancel the order before it has even been sent out for delivery??? Why must i wait for it to arrive so that I can either reject it or take it back to takealot myself????? Such a huge retailer with no contact number and no means of getting hold of anyone other than email or going through questions previously asked?????
