Shocking Customer Service Takealot

I ordered a camping chair 23Nov and paid immediately. Order ********** 2 Takealot delivered wrong product - after much back and forth and frustration they quickly came to collect the incorrect product and advised "sorry but now we have no stock available in the camping chair you ordered". It now been under investigation for over a week and I still dont have my camping chair or my money back. Great how Takealot must be making so much interest while they hold their customers money to "investigate" ..... I would be interested to know? Nice service Takealot and thanks for ruining our family Christmas gifts.
