SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE (OR INDEED LACK THEREOF)

Very disappointed. I sent in a faulty mouse and keyboard only to be told there was no receiver in the package. I sent the package with receiver. Now I am told that they will send the item back without the receiver as they 'cannot process the return with missing items'. So now I am getting a faulty item returned without the receiver. Really? This is UNBELIEVABLE! SHOCKING SERVICE. No one to assist. Just told the same thing over and over!
