Shocking Customer Service - Online Shopping Platform

I have always been a good loyal online shopper with Take A Lot purchasing at least over R2000.00 PM There APP shows order before 11h00 get your order today! I ordered and paid for 6 items on 31st August NOW the collection is Tuesday 8th September This is totally unacceptable as when you purchase stock you would like it as soon as possible. If there is 1 item out of the 6 on back order, release the rest of the stock that is available. As a consumer i don't want to be kept waiting and Take A Lot has shown that maybe their market growth has been too rapid to keep up with on efficient delivery timing. This leaves me in doubt of ever shopping on their platform again. It is bad customer service Take A Lot
