SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I have been trying for 3 days to get through to someone in customer services. You hold on forever, then someone picks up the phone and you can hear them talking and working and they dont speak to you. This is disgusting service. I would appreciate a call back on one of my orders
