SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I placed an order on 06-04-2022 and still haven't received it (Today is 04-05-2022). The original delivery date was 25-04-2022. I have logged two queries (*** and MDX***7) and followed up on these a couple of times. More disappointing than the delay is the poor customer service I received when trying to resolve this. The followup on this has been one sided. Me sending emails into the void. One human interaction , promising to get back to me with feedback and then radio silence! So after much patience I'm writing a bad review in the hopes of getting some service here ???
