shocking customer care

bad experience. i place a order on 3rd september 2021 and it was suppose to be delivered on the 7 september 2021 . when the order came there was items missing so i refuse the order and call in and they "apologies " and place a replacement order for the missing items and the one that was refused to be send back on the same day as the replacement items where suppose to be delivered, however only to find out late in the night the day before delivery that the refused items order was cancel with out my permission. so today the 9 september 2021 i only received the replacement items. they cant even sort the issue out asap.
