Shocking business practices!

I purchase 1 Jock Dog Food 40kg bag per month, last month it was on promotion and by the end of August it is still on promotion however now they've added a R200 surcharge for the product as it is 'heavy/bulky' effectively raising the price of a promotional item by R200 in less than a month! Despite the fact that I CARRY the bag from their van into my house, and undoubtedly they have the option of using forklifts, flatbeds etc when loading the product at the warehouse. Absolutely disgusting. I tweeted them along with screenshots and have yet to receive ANY kind of reply.

Further still, I attempted to select 'Collect' as I do not want to be ****** and their site just hangs - it will not process the order for collection (never been an issue in the past). So one is stuck paying R870 for a promotional item of R670, which usually sells for R750. Robbing people blind like this is despicable.
