Shocking bad service Takealot.com, absolutely disgusting.

Purchased a smart TV on takealot on the 24th of July 2024,received notification that TV will be delivered via courier service on 26th of July before 17h00, wow delivery did not take place, been calling their customer service, specifically delivery query department, the level of incompetence I received is rather shocking ,extremely poor customer service, no accountability, no estimated turnaround time to resolve customer query,all around extremely bad services,till today,no outcome. My first time using their online services, can confirm I will not be making use of their. They full of nonsense
