Shocking back up service from customer care

I have spent a lot of money with these guys never a hassle until I brought a camera from one supplier called African Technopreneurs. The first camera I brought was over R5000 had to return it by their own admission there advert on Take a lot is misleading. So I brought a second camera for over R7000 it arrived I went to use it for work, it turns out the most important part a memory card was not inside as is labeled on the box and on their spec sheet on taking a lot it was also missing the selfie stick. So I sent it back, I was then told by Taking a lot they had no stock to replace it, I went online and that was not true they had stock, I have called and have several emails back a forwards they promise to contact the supplier but still I am sitting without my camera. The refund was quick but that does not help me. Please will somebody with authority call me to resolve this?

And the supplier also suggested I rather buy direct next time and don't worry about Take a lot....I thought that was odd.
