Shocking aftersales service

So I bought a motherboard and CPU from takealot with a 3 year warranty. The motherboard went faulty blowing my RAM too which is not under warranty. It took them 35 days replace the CPU which would have been 48 hours at another local retailer. Furthermore they rejected my motherboard and said it was physically damaged, which was not the case when it left me, I have witnesses to show this. Since then they have just rejected any moves to try to resolve this. They told me to fight with the wholesaler, who dont chat to the end user. Its cost me more than R2500 to fix my PC. I will never buy from Takealot again, and advise everyone else not to. They will take your money, then block you when you have a problem. Be forwarned...
