Shocking after sales Service from Takealot!!

We bought an Epson Eco Tank from Takealot in June 2020 during the lockdown. The printer stopped working 2 to 3 days short of being 6 months old. I tried to claim back for the printer twice and it was declined on Takealots website. I phoned Takealot and was told to phone the supplier. I phoned the supplier and they were not impressed at all they said Takealot knows that they have to deal with all queries/refunds/exchanges etc as Takealot has the invoice and not the customer. I was told to phone Takealot again and tell them to sort it out. I phoned Takealot and the 3rd return was logged and I was given the run around I was first told my 21 days was near the end of December then I was told it’s the beginning of January then I was told it’s the 6th January 2021. Today is 6th January and I still didn’t hear from Takealot so I emailed and was told my printer was only taken to the supplier today after being told the supplier received the printer in December 2020!! This is totally unacceptable I have emails as proof of them telling me which day my 21 days will be I also have emails saying that after day 21 I will get a full refund. I haven’t received my refund or anything yet. Do not buy from Takealot their after sales service is pathetic!!
