SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE

Purchased a whiteboard flip chart magnetic board stand from take a lot on the 2/06 for my daughter's 11 birthday but unfortunately we didn't anticipate that it would be way to big for her room. On receipt of it we set it up so we could surprise her for the next day but like I say it was way to big. Logged return on the 4/06 and it was collected on the 5/6. I get an email today its declined as it was used. Like Im saying it was set up to surprise her the next day and she did try it out but it was way to big despite us trying to even re arrange her room. Im expecting a full refund and dont think I will ever buy from take a lot again Pity amazon had the same thing but I opted for take alot which im absolutely regretting because of this shocking service
