SHOCKED!

I cancelled an order which I placed with Takealot on 28 March 2025. I was refunded and credited most of the money by 15 April 2025, but there was an amount of R283.00 that remained outstanding. I pointed this matter out in 30 emails. What should have been simple adding and subtracting of amounts, turned into a huge frustration. I was eventually issued a discount voucher for R200.00 which will expire on 30 May 2025. That leaves an unmentioned balance of R83.00. Should I not order and the discount voucher remains unused, I lose my own money. This is unacceptable customer care from such a big company.
