shocked!

So i took a chance on takealot.com first time shopping on their website. i ordered a gift online for my daughter and based on my ordered the delivery was to take place yesterday (4th Dec) to my shock they cannot locate my address that is clear as daylight, but if my address was unclear why was my ordered shipped to my city? and why was i not called to give clarity on my address? so silly me i googled and searched for MRD contact number and i called 2 different numbers that are listed on google and they are not MRD contact numbers, then i searched for takealot.com i got a contact centre number oh my word! i was holding for more than 20 minutes to be assisted! i called again as this is my order that i paid for and dololo niks still held for more than 20minutes, so please explain to me what **** service are you rendering????

my first time ordering on your website and i want that order delivered and I WILL NEVER EVER order on your site again and I WILL TELL AAAAAALLLLLLLL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILIES ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE! TAKEALOT? TAKE NOTHING IS MORE LIKE IT!
