**** service from Take a lot

I am so frustrated with take a lot , I ordered books and was advised they would be delivered yesterday- now I get an Email that the books were dispatched to an incorrect place I have to EFT the money why? how is that my problem? Its already mid term and I need to study- I don't control your dispatch and to be called by Nokwanda from take a lot and be told its their way or l must just cancel is complete nonsense- I want my books delivered on the COD basis I had ordered on TODAY
