Shipping back nightmare.

I am still waiting for Takealot to return my laptop since December I spoke to 4 different agents and all promised to make a follow up with warehouse and provide feedback as to why they nit shipping it and all of them never did their names are Yamkela, Refiloe, Viwe and forgot the 4th lady's name today I spoke to Stepahanie also promising to get back to me and and when I ask her who can I escalate this to she says no one I must wait, this is unfair as schools are open and my child doesnt have a laptop to use.
