Shifting Delivery Dates and Innacurate Tracking

Takealot has lost the ability to communicate with their customers. They no longer have the same service IMO. The tracking function is useless with items scheduled for delivery suddenly being moved further out on the day of delivery. There is no way to find out what item on a multiple goods order is causing the sudden delay so it can be canceled. In fact the system is totally inflexible. I used them mainly for such good customer service that they were known for at first despite items being more expensive. So with that part no longer what it used to be for me its time to support other online stores that one can actually speak to a person and get service.
