Shifting blame on default items

Return reference: MRRN-3m86r-7znm Never buy this product from take a lot: i12 TWS Bluetooth Earphone Sports True Wireless Earbuds. Received the product on the 07.07.2021 I connected it to the charger with it's charger so it could power up and I can connect and test it. 5min later, I check on it, I was not able to take out the earpods from the charging case, and I noticed that the charging case is damaged. Returned the the item to take a lot, I was told it was a "damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product" I fail to understand how that could be with an item I only charged for hardly 5min. called and explained the matter twice and even sent an email to David Fisher who sent me an email telling me they wont replace the item. he never came back to me again since Monday 12 July 2021:
