SHEIN delivers quicker than Takealot

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered items from Shein and from takealot the same day. My items from Shein are on there way already. I paid tax for clearance at customs and the items are being delivered. I ordered one item from takealot and it still shows "not yet shipped". It takes quicker to deliver items from China than it takes takealot do deliver within south africa, and I am in cpt. After escalating this the feedback I got from the consultant was absolute nonsense and had nothing to do with my initial explanation for the escalation. I will definitely not be ordering from takealot again
