Sheer incompetence and service delivery

They got my order wrong 3 times. Ordered magnetic curtain tie backs and they sent me bin liners!!!! Then they sent me one set out of the 3 silver tie and promised to send the other 2 sets only to receive 3 sets of curtains today. Sheer incompetence
