shaver replacement head blunt

Order ***5. I received a different product Braun Shaver Head made in Germany. Not the usual High Precision Part received before. The packing on the website is even different. I thought it would work fine as its made in Germany but it doesn't give a close shave and it grabs my hairs, very painful.
