Shameful practice Would not refund or supply my item has promised

Shameful behavior, i placed an order (Order #***6) was supposed to be delivered on the 12, called them if i can go pick up at warehouse, was rudely told no, next day i see delivery date as changed to 17th ( because i told the warehouse staff they were rude), they decide to punish me. now i want my money refunded and other cancelled Takealot says they will not. Am never shopping at takelot again. and hope someone sues them for all their shameful practice
