Shame on You Takealot.. Takealot ******s and lies to customers

I payed for 2 pull down projector screens from takealot but waited right to my last day for expected delivery to find out they say it is out of stock. To my surprise the exact item was advertised after a few minutes by the same seller. so i went ahead and purchased 2 again of which the priced had increased by R1000.00. never the less i needed these items so i paid the extra. today to my surprise when delivery was suppose to be done and after i have sent numerous e mails i see that my money has been refunded. when calling takealot the agents reply was that it was out of stock. here comes the funny part , when i called on Monday to find out the status of the order the agent advised, "Sir your order has been picked up it it has not yet been scanned so you will not see it on your tracking", taught i was going to receive my items lol...phoned on Tuesday, Wednesday " Sir your items area our KZN branch awaiting it to be dispatched to you. you will receive it by Thursday definitely" This is misleading advertising. you are ******ing your customers. u have put me out of my way and now i have to suffer to try and buy the items. waiting for them from 20 November 2023. order number Order #***. i do have trailing e mails of this entire event.
